Refund policy

At Tattved, every product is handcrafted in small batches using premium natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our wellness products, we follow the return and refund policy below.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product is expired upon delivery.
  • The package is tampered with before delivery.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@tattved.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Refunds

Once your request is verified, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
