Regular Amlaprash
The traditional formulation with rock sugar.

Sugar-free Amlaprash
A sugar-free option for customers who prefer Amlaprash without added sugar.

Adults: Take 1–2 teaspoons daily.

Children above 2 years: Take 1 teaspoon daily.

Use a clean, dry spoon each time. It can be taken directly or as advised by your Ayurvedic practitioner.

Do not take Amlaprash together with tea or coffee. Keep a gap of at least 30 minutes before or after consuming tea or coffee.

Is Amlaprash the same as Chyawanprash?
Amlaprash is Tattved’s amla-rich Ayurvedic formulation inspired by the traditional concept of Chyawanprash, but it has its own ingredient composition and preparation method.

Does Tattved Amlaprash come in a sugarfree version?
Yes. Amlaprash is available in both Regular and Sugarfree variants.

Does Amlaprash need to be refrigerated?
Yes. Refrigerate after opening for better shelf life and always use a clean, dry spoon. We recommend opening the lid once daily for air circulation.

Why is Amlaprash prepared in an iron kadai?
Tattved follows a traditional preparation process using an iron kadai as part of how the formulation is made.

What sizes is Amlaprash available in?
The current product page offers multiple sizes, including 200 g, 350 g, 500 g, 1.25 kg and a 1 kg refill pouch, subject to availability.
